The Radiohead frontman will appear alongside pianists Katia & Marielle Labèque in Paris, Lyon, Hamburg and London in April.
Yorke's performance will form part of Minimalist Dream House, a show highlighting the work of pianist sister duo Katia & Marielle Labèque. The event will be split into two parts, with Yorke appearing in the second half. The Radiohead frontman will join the sisters in performing "Don't Fear The Light," a piece he wrote for two pianos, electronics and modular synthesiser. The three artists will also perform a new song together to close the concert.
The first half of the show will see the sisters and two other musicians—Bryce Dessner (guitar), David Chalmin (guitar, voice and electronics)—reimagining minimalist works by the likes of Max Richter and Caroline Shaw.
Yorke will appear onstage with Katia & Marielle Labèque at Philharmonie de Paris (April 7th), Auditorium-Orchestre National de Lyon (8 April), London's Barbican (April 9th) and Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg (April 10th).
This is the latest in a series of solo projects from Yorke. Last year, he collaborated with Tarik Barri for a piece at Berlin's Institute For Sound And Music and soundtracked Luca Guadagnino's remake of 1977 Italian horror film Suspiria. A seven-track EP of unheard material from the Suspiria sessions is also being released.
