The Woman Worldwide LP beat out the likes of SOPHIE and Jon Hopkins for the prize.
Xavier de Rosnay and Gaspard Augé's Woman Worldwide took home the prize for the Best Dance/Electronic Album category at the annual music awards ceremony last night in Los Angeles. The French electroclash crossover act were chosen in lieu of SOPHIE's critically acclaimed Oil Of Every Pearl's Un-Insides, Singularity by Jon Hopkins, TOKiMONSTA's Lune Rouge and Treehouse by Sofie Tukker.
The award comes a decade after Justice's last score with the Recording Academy, when they netted Best Remixed Recording for a rework of MGMT's "Electric Feel." They were also nominated three times in 2008 for their breakout single and album "D.A.N.C.E." and †.
Last year, the duo released a limited edition denim jacket with Levi's.
