A 60-hour party starting on May 24th will be the final event at the venue.
The St. Petersburg club announced the impending closure via Instagram. No official reason is given in the statement, but in an email to Resident Advisor, as well as posts on Telegram, the club explained that it was not due to financial problems nor issues with the Russian government or police.
Клуб, which featured heavily in our feature about dance music in Russia earlier this year, will go out with a 60-hour party running from May 24th through 27th. The lineup is still TBA, and they'll be selling special merchandise at the event. Клуб's label and mix series will live on through their new agency, Навсегда (Navsegda)—the name means forever, taken from the Клуб's well-known motto, "Клуб Навсегда."
