- The Afterneath reverb brings one of the company's pedals to Eurorack.
Stompbox manufacturers EarthQuaker Devices are working on a Eurorack module.
Following in the footsteps of other guitar pedal-cum-modular brands like 4ms and Snazzy FX, EarthQuaker Devices is bringing its considerable pedigree in the stompbox world to the Eurorack format. The company's first modular product is a port of the Afterneath reverb pedal, a favourite with guitarists and synthesists alike that uses a series of short delay lines to create unusual spaces.
The Eurorack version gives you voltage control over the key controls—Drag, Mode, Diffuse and Length—plus a send and return circuit for the Reflect parameter. No official details regarding features, price or release date have been made public, but the description from a YouTube video showing off the new module says it was displayed at last weekend's EarthQuaker Day in Akron, Ohio.
