Reports began to emerge on social media over the weekend that the producer born Rodney Price was suffering from an unconfirmed illness. A statement from his family has since emerged seeking to minimise speculation regarding Price's state as figures from across dance music offer support and condolences.
Price was making grime records since the sound's nascent days in the early '00s, producing significant work with the likes of the Aftershock collective and N.A.S.T.Y Crew. He's since produced a set of enduring LPs for Hyperdub, Planet Mu and his own Hardrive Recordings.
