Rounding out the festival's musical program are acts such as Schacke, object blue, RRRKRTA, Forest Swords, Rosa Pistola, Citizen Boy, YPY, and a back-to-back set from Nervous Horizon's DJ Plead and TSVI. Additionally, there will be a second date for the sold out show from Icelandic composer Hildur Guðnadóttir, who will perform his score from the TV series Chernobyl.
Unsound has also announced its full daytime program, which offers discussions, workshops and exhibitions related to this year's Solidarity theme. Throughout the week, the festival will welcome speakers such as music technologist Mat Dryhust, Polish opposition activist Henryka Krzywonos-Strycharska, documentary photographer Richard Mosse and composer and audiovisual artist Robert Henke, who will explain the process behind his new piece for Unsound, CBM 8032 AV.
Resident Advisor will also take part in the daytime program from October 8th. There will be two panels: a live RA Exchange which aims to explore ethics in club culture with Oramics' Monster and Room 4 Resistance's Luz Diaz; and a discussion on polish clubbing and the LGBTQ+ community with Oramics' Avtomat, Miko Czerwiński of NGO Queerowy Maj and Unsound's Paulina Żaczek—both moderated by RA contributor Maya-Roisin Slater. RA editors Aaron Coultate and Will Lynch will also host two music journalism workshops. See the full daytime program here.
