Unlike all the bars, pubs and clubs in town, Sydney institution Zero Kelvin at Cafe Lounge will be open this Good Friday. Held in the comfy setting of Cafe Lounge on the corner of Goulburn and Crown Sts for the last 2 1/2 years the night will feature the usual eclectic mix of down-tempo electronica and dub, deep house and electro and oddities.
The Good Friday special will have music provided by Mike G (chillzone) and e:magika (artcore, bliss) playing an extended set together, having previously played for 8 hours straight at the Sydney BDO featuring decks n fx. They will be supported by Zero Kelvin's DJ Deckard. A new soundsystem is being brought in especially for the night, along with the usual random projections and the unusual hidden chocolates.
