The cancellation of Missy Elliot's poorly named "Hip Hop Don't Stop" European and UK tour has had some Knock on effects. The tour was cancelled "due to production reasons associated with Missy Elliot's performance." Kelis was to be a touring partner with Missy, and has now rescheduled her "Tasty Down Under" tour dates so that she will be touring Australia and New Zealand only. This has affected the order of her tour dates so double check them, and that you're going down to the venue on the right night in Melbourne.
One can't help but wonder if Missy read the reviews of her Australian tour and went away to think about it. People like songs after all, not socks thrown at them. Here's hoping Kelis with her acclaimed live shows gives the people something to smile about and dance to! She will be performing live in concert with a 6 piece backing band.
