  • News on Creamfields 2004 in LiverpoolHugely popular group Goldfrapp, who have been touring to promote the ‘Black Cherry’ album non-stop for the last 18 months due to their huge global fan base have announced they will not be appearing at Creamfields due to “exhaustion”. An official statement from the band member Alison Goldfrapp reveals the orders to stop performing comes from medical reasons:
"we are very sorry to have had to cancel the shows in Spain, Belgium and Liverpool. We've had a fantastic time touring Black Cherry for the last year and a half, but the doctor has advised me to rest for at least four weeks. We'd like to thank everybody all around the world who came to see us. I hope we haven't disappointed too many people and we hope to make up for it next year"
Creamfields on August 28 is still packed with amazing artists including The Chemical Brothers and Deep Dish.
