Nottinghill Carnival is only a few days away and whilst people bounce around ideas of which parties to frequent, expect a large troup to be following the sounds of Norman Jay MBE’s legendary annual event; Good Times. Returning to the Bud Bus stage this August Bank Holiday weekend Good Times is a name synonymous with the Carnival and after 30 years of representation this year looks to be its best yet in terms of sound, production and added extras.
The soundsystem has evolved over the years to include a spectacular sound rig, new Bud Bus and bar making it one of the most popular sources of music over the weekend as it rocks around NW10 on MOnday from 12:00pm until 7:00pm.
The Good Times after party takes place at Neighbourhood (Acklam Road, W10) from 7.30 pm until midnight on Sunday, whilst his set will be broadcast live on his Giant 45 show for BBC London 94.9.
