Ministry to sue local council over closure threat

- The Guardian reports that a day before the first of two critical planning meetings concerning the proposed nearby housing developments, the club is threatening to sue Southwark council "for any and all financial loss it suffers both to the nightclub and any resulting loss to its global brand and associated businesses."
