Infusion have cancelled their Newcastle gig after front man Jamie Stevens slipped and fell in a freak accident. They have immediately released this informationInfusion today regrettably announce the cancellation of the final leg of their Australian East Coast tour, at The Cambridge Hotel in Newcastle, this upcoming Friday, 6 May. On Sunday, 1 May, Jamie Stevens of Infusion accidentally fell and was knocked unconscious.
Thankfully, while Jamie has been told that he will suffer no major longterm injury, he is clearly unable to perform this weekend and requires extensive time to fully recover.
Infusion have enjoyed an incredible sell-out tour of Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Wollongong and Brisbane and thank their fans for their ongoing support and understanding. Jamie would also like to additionally thank the staff of Royal Brisbane Hospital Emergency Ward for their excellent care during his stay.
