The last 18 months have seen a much-justified rise in fame and worldwide recognition for RA columnist Paolo Mojo.
With excellent studio work appearing on a wide variety of labels, including NRK, Sensei and the hotly tipped '1983' on Pryda later this summer, high profile gigs in the UK, USA and further abroad and the release this month of Heretic 1.0 with Cass, this year has seen him become one of the hottest Djing properties around today.
Speaking to RA about the year and the exciting times ahead Paolo couldn’t resist a smile."Yeah I can’t complain...its been a great year so far. I’ve had loads of fun playing lots of different places both in my own right and supporting Sasha on his world tour dates.
The Essential Mix from the Space Terrace is something I am especially looking forward to, its Radio Ones’ 10 year special show, so it’s a massive honour to be asked to play. Playing back to back with Nic Fanculli has become something we both really look forward to as well, so it makes it even more special. The Heretic project too, has been finally finished and both Cass and I have been knocked out at the fantastic response to it so far. I am really enjoying my time in the studio and setting up my new label Bump. Just need to update my column now eh?”
