These artists are supporting the launch of Help Refugees' Choose Love pop-up stores in London, New York and Los Angeles.

Mr. G, The Black Madonna and Call Super & Palms Trax have compiled Christmas-themed Spotify playlists in support of UK charity Help Refugees.

The 20-track playlists are heavy on classics and soulful jams, including music by Prince, Nightmares On Wax, Moodymann and Aphex Twin.

"Simply just what I'd love to kick back with friends over the festive break, a soundtrack to keep all happy," Mr. G said.

The launch of the playlists coincides with the reopening of the Choose Love stores; three pop-ups in London, Los Angeles and New York that are the first to sell products and services for refugees, such as tents, mobile phone credit and children's shoes. (Instead of taking the gifts home, they go directly to those that need it.) Since opening in 2017, the stores have raised approximately £3 million and distributed 1.6 million items.

"By shopping in the Choose Love stores in London, New York, LA or online, ordinary people are helping provide support where governments are failing," CEO Josie Naughton said. "Every purchase goes towards life-changing support for some of the world's most vulnerable people."

Choose Love's London store is located on 44-47 Neal Street in Covent Garden. The New York shop is at 499 Broadway in Manhattan and LA's location is in West Hollywood, at the prime intersection of La Cienega and Melrose. Shop online here.

Listen to the three playlists via Spotify.
