Arca just released the first single from her next album.
"Nonbinary" is the first taste of the forthcoming LP KiCK i. The song repeats the line, "speak for your self-states," which she explains in a recent interview for Paper: "I'm asking for recognition that we have multiple selves without denying that there's a singular unit... I want to be seen as an ecosystem of minor self-states without being stripped of the dignity of being a whole."
There's no word yet on an exact release date for KiCK i.
