Events are few and far between for the Passion crew, which means they're eagerly awaited and always terrific fun. They return in 2006 on New Years Day, Saturday 1 January, with the now annual Passion Boat Cruise. You can bring in the New Year by cruising down the Brisbane River with a swag full of tunes, drinks, and generally up for it people.
The lineup for the party includes Passion regulars and local favourites Ian Nearhos, Cosmo Cater, Allan Ho, Jay P and more. The event starts at 2.45pm for a 3pm boarding at Mowbray Park, East Brisbane and continues up and down the river reaches until 9pm. If you've lost your sea legs or need a rest after a big NYE, they kindly have included a disembarkment stop mid-cruise.
