- The first of four events, featuring Shumba Maasai, Afronaut Zu and more, took place last Sunday.
London club FOLD has partnered with music platform Ancestral Futures to highlight artists from the African diaspora.
The collaboration takes the form of a four-part stream, which launched last Sunday at FOLD with performances from the likes of Shumba Maasai, Afronaut Zu and DemiMa. The aim is to provide a space for UK-based artists with African roots.
The second edition, taking place this Sunday, November 22nd, will feature sets from Nigerian-Irish artist Demi Gosh (Shadeemus), London rapper Tinyman, Rudimental affiliate Afronaut Zu and East London MC Shumba Maasai.
