After a hugely successful last 6 months which included heading up Defected In The House @ Pacha Ibiza, a tour to Australia and the South East, New York born Sandy Rivera drops his latest single through Defected Records. The original ‘6pm’ has already received support from Pete Tong and Ashley Beedle with its snaking beats, wild blues guitar and Nina’s captivating voice. This release will inject remix flavour with Sandy’s own Black Wiz mix, Mark Knight & Martijn Ten Velden stripping down ‘6pm’ to a wobbly electro-dubbed out trip. Rounding off the package is Simon Grey’s 70’s funk-fuelled live affair.
The ‘6pm’ package is available now through Defected. Sandy’s exciting new artist album is earmarked to be finished sometime next year, which for fans of original house sounds will be a delight.
