DJ turned hybrid band/electronic group Hyper Live, are expanding their portfolio with the announcement of their debut artist album, We Control. Since their first live shows in October 2005, DJ Hyper's new band is grabbing the attention of a wide variety of audiences with a tour schedule that has seen them perform at intimate club nights through to headline slots at Fabric and Ministry Of Sound in Taipei on New Years Eve to a crowd of 7,000.
The band comprises of Guy Hatfield (DJ Hyper) on samples and abelton LIVE, Leeroy Thornhill (ex-Prodigy) on vocals, John Ross (producer) on drums and Jim Davies (ex-Prodigy & Pitchshifter) on guitars. The huge experience on show is proving a winning formula and if they can harness their explosive live performers within this album we are all in for a treat.
