  • As sleeves and dresses get shorter, our e-mail inboxes get longer as we get bombarded with Summer festival announcements. One of RA’s favourite summer jaunts is the TDK Cross Central event, this year on Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th August. Acts and DJs performing are still being confirmed but if previous years and the people involved this year is anything to go by, expect musical diversity across a range of parties. Secretsundaze return for their third year with their Sunday crew; nomadic electronic pioneers Mulletover will be bringing their unique style and crowd whilst Camden institution The Lock Tavern move in with their burgeoning night Adventures in The Beetroot Field. Vice Magazine will host their own room this year, with Need2Soul, purveyors of the soulful house scene, joining the hubbub of activity. The Key’s DeepDownandDirty bring underground dirty house flavour to the line-up, whilst finally, Druzzi’s Baltimore Rave Club! will make their debut with their unadulterated mish-mash of electro-trash and basement beats. Set on an old Victorian Goods’ Yard with an authentic London back drop, this event gives Kings Cross its very own diverse music village for one weekend in August. is an event that celebrates music, art and cinema on a truly London stage.
