Two of New York's finest purveyors of deep house will bring the vibe at London’s Ministry Of Sound on Saturday, July 1st.
House legend Kerri Chandler joins talented up and coming producer/DJ Dennis Ferrer in what promises to be a night of quality, raw old-school deep house for the heads and the hips.
Pioneered by well-known promoter Oliver White, Soul Heaven has built a strong reputation for quality house nights without compromise. Soul Heaven's recent sixth birthday bash attracted more than 3,000 people and with lineups including Osunlade, Masters at Work and Blaze the success of Soul Heaven comes as no surprise.
Kerri Chandler needs no introduction: he renowned as a producer and his discography is as long as your arm and as deep as house comes. Always a treat to see DJing, Chandler manages to balance remaining true to the spirit of the underground with his ability to move the big crowds.
Joining him on the flight over is up and coming DJ and producer Dennis Ferrer, one half of RA favorite production partnership Ferrer & Sydenham, whose 'The Undertow' on Ibadan was on extremely high rotation in 2006 round these parts.
The dup are touring to promote their new comp ‘Soul Heaven Presents Kerri Chandler and Dennis Ferrer’.
The line-up at MOS also offers the stage to soulful UK stars both in the main room and the bar. One to check.
