- The dubstep artist was set to play back-to-back with Skream at Coachella this weekend.
Benga has been forced to cancel his upcoming US tour due to delays with his artist visa application.
The South London artist was set to play back-to-back with fellow dubstep legend Skream at Coachella, The Palm Springs Surf Club and San Francisco's Regency Ballroom, among a handful of stateside dates. Skream will still play the shows as scheduled.
"The visa process hit a snag at the very end and they're requesting additional information," he said on Instagram yesterday, April 10th. "I'm absolutely gutted, my team and I have worked tirelessly on making this happen."
Despite this setback, Benga said that he's had "the best two years health-wise," and is "ready to get back out there." He took a break from music after being diagnosed with bipolar disorder and schizophrenia in 2014.
