Spectral Sound is the Detroit label home to hot talents such as Audion aka Matthew Dear and Ryan Elliott. Audion's 'Mouth to Mouth' blitzed dancefloors aross the globe in 2006 to take out the silver trophy in our Top 30 tracks of 2006 while Ryan Elliott was voted #5 in RA's Top 10 DJs of 2006. But there's been no slacking off for the label: Already in 2007, they've issued the 'Death is Nothing to Fear 1' EP with new cuts by Audion, Bodycode and label newcomer Par Grindvik plus brand new 'Mouth to Mouth' remixes by Heartthrob and Konrad Black. What we love about Spectral is the party is guaranteed to be a messy affair, although your mum won't mind because you'll be tucked up in bed by 2:30 a.m. - this one finishes at two, folks. Expect DJ sets by Audion, Elliott, Par Grindvik and newcomer Seth Troxler, who's also popped up on Omar S's FXHE label. The Spectral Sound Social takes place at The Clinton Hotel on Friday, March 23, 2007.
