- The prodigious Swede racks up another release with a Pickadoll label mix.
Is it Wednesday already? Time for another John Dahlback release then. The prodigious 21-year-old from Sweden has notched up over 70 releases, 40 remixes and 75+ compilation appearances in just four short years under his various alias (HUG, Huggotron, Kaliber and probably others that we’re not even aware of).
Not only does JD produce, but he also DJs, and his latest offering is a label mix that blends together tracks from his own imprint Pickadoll. Many of the cuts are (no surprises here) Dahlbäck productions, but there are also offerings from Özgur Can, Sébastien Léger and Zoo Brazil. Expect house, electro and electrohouse.
