TDK Cross Central announces line-up

- Franz Ferdinand, Loco Dice and Theo Parrish headline a diverse line-up at this year's TDK Cross Central festival in London.
- The first round of acts and stages has been announced for the TDK Cross Central festival taking place this August. TDK runs over two nights at the Kings Cross Freight Depot in central London, offering ten stages of music and a roof terrace to boot. Featuring both live acts and DJs, you can expect everything from indie, nu-rave, surf punk, pop, hip-hop, electro, techno and breaks. Promoters and labels on-board include Secretsundaze, Ninja Tune, Mulletover, Adventures Close To Home, Faith, Trailer Trash, Druzzis, and Need2Soul. This year’s line-up includes both breaking acts alongside firm favourites. Saturday night looks to be aimed more at the nu-rave/indie kids, with breaks and hip-hop also featured, while Sunday night will appeal to the more house and techno inclined. A sampling of the more than 80 scheduled acts (with more to be announced) include Switch, Killa Kella, and Optimo DJs on the Saturday, with Ricardo Villalobos, Martin Buttrich and Tiefschwarz to keep things going on Sunday. TDK Cross Central takes place at the Kings Cross Freight Depot, London on Saturday August 25 and Sunday August 26, 2007.
