Groove Armada's Tom Findlay flies solo on the latest mix in the 'Watch the Ride' series.
Findlay and Andy Cato are best known for making crossover dance music as the duo Groove Armada, but the pair also like to strike out on their own too. Cato is the man behind the Pack Up & Dance label and club nights and releases solo outings under that name, while Findlay is a member of disco house unit Sugardaddy.
Next up Findlay gets behind the decks without his usual DJ partner. 'Watch the Ride' is a single CD including space/balaeric disco (Lindstrom, The Glimmers) West Coast house (Magik Johnson, Andy Caldwell) and even a slice of baile funk (Buraka Som Sistema). There are no GA cuts, but three Sugardaddy ones instead.
