- The new party at Matter will feature Justice, Simian Mobile Disco, Armand Van Helden and more.
- This Is Not London has announced the initial lineups for their series of parties at Matter. Justice, Simian Mobile Disco, Armand Van Helden and the Moshi Moshi label were among the first acts asked by the organizers to curate their personal "perfect night out in London" and the results are both surprising and obvious. Simian Mobile Disco show their range by corralling space disco merchant Lindstrøm, electro-inclined techno wonder Dusty Kid and more. Justice, meanwhile, picked their friends (how appropriate!) Busy P and Mehdi. Moshi Moshi promise a night of indie with a dash of electronic music coming from the likes of the GrecoRoman Soundsystem. Armand Van Helden and Southern Fried Records, on the other hand, will be bringing in Ashley Beedle, Riva Starr, Black Ghosts and more. It's going to be a heady October, surely, but the fun certainly won't end there. This Is Not London will be announcing more dates soon and RA will have all the details as they become available.
