Raster-Noton comes to Chile

- The duo of Alva Noto and Byetone will perform live next week in Santiago.
- Carsten Nicolai and Olaf Bender will continue their Latin American fall later this month when they visit Chile. The duo, who record under the names Alva Noto and Byetone respectively, have been traveling around South America for the past month with stops in Rio, Sao Paulo, Porto Allegre, Motevideo, Buenos Aires and Cordoba all already having taken place. The producers will make their final South American performance of the current tour next week in Santiago and then head to North America for an appearance at Mutek Mexico. As is their usual modus operandi, expect a whole lot of screeching fax machines to come into glorious focus if you decide to attend their night—these guys know how to make abstraction sing.
