The capital has plenty of choices this weekend for holiday revelry.
October 31st: The one day every year that normal-seeming adults and children are given free rein to look as ridiculous as possible. October 31st: Excluding New Year's Eve, possibly the most special party days of the year.
London has no shortage of choices this year for the holiday. On Friday, Underworld will take to the stage for the first of two live dates that will be recorded for upcoming release, while Jesse Rose will headline over The Old Queens Head. Annie Mac and DJ Yoda will bring in the holiday together over The Big Chill House, and Kitsune Music will be represented over at 333 with none other than Boys Noize. Meanwhile Spirit Catcher will play live at Egg and Matt Tolfrey will headline over at Bar Rumba. For those uninterested in the cult of the new, Andrew Weatherall will DJ among indie favorites Shellac, Les Savy Fav, Lightning Bolt and others over at The Forum, and MN2S will say goodbye to The End. And for the cheap ones in the crowd, Boris Werner will play for free at T Bar.
If that weren't enough—and it never is, right?—the next night sees RA hosting the lounge at The End with Lee Jones and Will Saul, DJ legend Tony Humphries taking over Ministry of Sound and Reboot playing live for Mulletover. For those in a disco-y mood, Crazy P will be playing live at London's new superclub matter, and Serge Santiago will be dropping edits like there's no tomorrow over at Bar Rumba, while Danny Rampling will lead all of the old-school lovers out to water for a cruise. The mighty Fabric? It's got Steve Bug, Wighnomy BrothersFormat B (live) and Château Flight. And, last but certainly not least, Mr C will headline Lightbox.
