The Main Mix is quite simply very addictive, despite the pretty lackluster vocal line. The baseline is very sexy (and I can imagine is destined for the ladies) as it bounces all around the place. The drums are quite solid, and the electro guitar riffs add a nice touch to a pretty solid overall production that is certain to make the dancefloor move in not time at all.
The Dub on the flip is probably not as impressive. It’s a bit more upbeat, but the smooth sexy baseline is now replaced with a slightly tougher electro baseline that doesn’t seem to have the edge the Original mix did. In all honesty it would have been a lot nicer if the vocal was on this mix then the a-side but you can’t win it all, especially considering that the vocal makes a pretty strong appearance in this mix too. I guess some may like it.
A nice release here from DJ Prom, and despite my words about the vocal line, it doesn’t really deter from what is a very solid a-side track.
