  • Pauline is quite surprisingly a male duet. They are influenced by music from independent labels such as B-Pitch, DFA, and Kompakt. Crazy Flesh is their first EP, completed in April 2004 and to be released on Fiat Lux Records. The EP consists of 4 tracks. The first track, titled Crazy Flesh is filled with gritty analog synths, tough beats, bouncy riffs and swinging 'Crazy Flesh' vocal samples. Next up is Supermachine with its spooky melodic tones, twisted effects and bizarre breaks – scary, but very cool. The remainder of the EP has a similar tough and distinctly electro sound, with rough distorted synths, and futuristic effects. Pauline have created an EP that fluctuates between house and techno but with a very consistent electro influence throughout. Excellent work, look forward to hearing more from this duet.
