- The title track off this 12-inch is founded on classic Detroit house, but its warm piano notes and chunky rhythms bring to mind studio supremo 9th Wonder. Like the hip-hop producer, Bogotá-based Gordon is all about deep-sea grooves, nostalgia and soulful vocal samples. This is a subdued number that skates rather than stomps but despite its subdued nature and minimal arrangement, the crisp drums and jazzy chords are hypnotic enough for it to be played out in its full five-minute duration.
