Side A. Wahoo Remix
Wahoo's remix flows straight into a deep, jazzy house vibe, taking a large chunk of the original version and combining it with jazzy synths and passing the vocals through several delays and filters to give it that echoey effect. This one is a more dramatic version of the tune as Wahoo drop big crashing cymbals during the chorus to give it that heavy sounding effect.
Side B. Merka Remix
Merka takes a contrasting stance to Wahoo going straight for the juggular into a heavier breaks remix. While the intro features the jazzy synth melody that Wahoo made prominent in their remix, Merka drops a massive breakbeat featuring big tom tom drum fills, hard hitting cymbals and crazy breakbeat patterns. Once the vocals kick in, Merka introduces a big grimey bassline that he's renowned for and chops up the vocals to give his own variation. I'm really digging this mix compared to the Wahoo remix and is my pick of all the remixes.
