Juan Mendez will play more than 25 shows across the continent, with stops in London, Paris, Tbilisi and more.
Silent Servant will embark on an extensive European tour this weekend, starting at BAR in Rotterdam on Friday, February 3rd.
It'll be US techno artist Juan Mendez's longest ever tour of the continent, with more than 25 shows planned between February and September. Most of them will be guest spots at clubs like Mondo in Madrid (February 4th), Berghain (February 25th), Krakow's recently-opened 89 (March 4th), fabric (for Rødhåd: Curates), Tresor (June 2nd) and De School (June 3rd). On February 10th, he'll join Vatican Shadow at a RA In Residence party at Bassiani in Tbilisi.
Two of the events—at Arma in Moscow on March 11th and in Paris (date TBC)—will be Jealous God showcases, with label head Mendez overseeing the lineup, visuals and stage design. The Moscow party will feature live sets from 51717, Dva Damas, Champagne Mirrors and Mendez, who will team up with Berlin-based New Yorker Phase Fatale.
Mendez has also announced the next three releases on Jealous God. Broken English Club will put out a three-tracker in February, followed by EPs from recent RA podcasterVarg and Mannequin Records chief Alessandro Adriani. The label, which confirmed its closure last year, still has EPs from Beau Wanzer, Pye Corner Audio and Mendez on the way.
