Other Australian promoters and artists have also scheduled online broadcasts in the wake of Coronavirus social distancing restrictions.
Sydney promoter The House Of Mince will broadcast a 24-hour virtual rave which begins this Saturday, March 28th.
Following the closure of venues around the country and the world due to Coronavirus-related social distancing measures, online streaming parties have been popping up across the globe.
Mince TV will be switching on for its first broadcast on Saturday at 10 PM local time, making use of a now-empty Club 77 with 12 DJs playing until 10 PM Sunday. Among them are Ben Fester, Kato, Annabelle Gaspar, Ayebatonye, IV Drip, Ben Drayton and Cousin. The stream will be available via Mince's new Twitch channel.
In the lead up, two other Sydney crews will be broadcasting this Friday the 27th. Douglas Street Streams will host their second after-work virtual drinks session from 6 PM, then the newly established Room 2 Radio kicks off at 8 PM with Tim Boyd, Music For Friends and Diva Cups playing until 2 AM.
You can find a rundown of virtual parties and workshops happening internationally here, including RA's 42-hour Club Quarantäne with Helena Hauff, Skee Mask, Shanti Celeste and more. That begins at 10 PM Friday, Berlin time.
