This month's show also features some horror stories about DJs losing their records.
How would you react if you lost all your records? We begin this month's edition of The Hour by hearing what Scratcha DVA, Magda, Maceo Plex, Honey Dijon and Sasha did in this exact situation [01.10].
After that, Martha Pazienti Caidan, the producer of The Hour, will be looking at the impact that internet trolls are having on coverage of women in dance music. She tackles the subject from a few different perspectives, speaking with The Black Madonna, who has been subject to brutal attacks online; Peach, an emerging artist who explains her frankly bizarre dealings with a troll; Hugh Taylor, who's involved with moderating comments here at RA; and jamesnbsp, a self-described RA troll [10.44].
And to finish, we get the inside track on Ableton Live 10, the new version of the staple dance music production software. RA tech writer Graeme Bateman went to Ableton's Berlin offices to speak with Dylan Wood, Ableton's Product Owner for Sound, to hear how they approached the software's latest design [46.03].
